The Thru-Tubing Systems (TTS) Series 5003 Hydraulic Setting Tool is engineered for versatility, efficiency, and reliability in demanding well conditions. Designed for multiple setting configurations, the HST enables operators to set tools and pump fluid or cement in a single trip—reducing rig time and improving operational efficiency.
Its unique design integrates closing sleeves into the hydraulic cylinders, preventing debris from entering the hydraulic chambers once the product is set and released, ensuring long-term performance and reliability.
Deployable via coiled tubing or jointed pipe, the HST is a hydraulically actuated system used to set packers, bridge plugs, cement retainers, and composite plugs/retainers when wireline methods are not practical or desirable. Featuring pressure-amplified hydraulic cylinders, it delivers maximum setting force with minimal pressure and is available for tubing sizes from 2-3/8” to 20”.
