General
The TTS Series 5000 Squeeze Gravel Pack System utilizes a Hydraulic Set Retrievable Seal Bore Packer, (Model 5000), along with a perforated lower extension with closing sleeve and two position Gravel Pack Crossover Tool. The system allows for deployment in one trip on coiled tubing. It features the ability to test anchoring and sealing systems prior to pumping of the gravel pack slurry. The two position crossover tool consist of a lower gravel pack squeeze position as well as an upper circulating or reverse position that allows for spotting of fluids and removal of excess slurry from the coiled tubing.

Features/Benefits

  • One trip installation on coil tubing or jointed pipe. No rig work required for installation. Considerable cost savings compared to conventional workover rig.
  • Isolation Sleeve positively closes and seals off GP Perforated Extension below packer. Eliminates time and cost associated with additional trips into the well needed to install additional sealing accessories.
  • Ability to test all sealing and anchoring components prior to gravel packing. Allows for positive pressure test and assurance of proper packer placement.
  • Features Two-Position Crossover Tool. Allows for squeezing of stimulation fluids and GP slurries below packer (lower squeeze gravel packing position). Upper circulating position allows for spotting of fluids as well as a guaranteed circulation or reverse position needed to remove excess slurry following the gravel pack treatment.
