Series 5100 Inflatable Packer

General

The TTS Series 5100 Inflatable Packer is a retrievable 2:1 expansion ratio large bore inflatable packer system. It can be deployed on coiled tubing and set hydraulically. The Series 5100 is retrieved by straight pull with either coiled tubing or wireline. It utilizes a proprietary packing element system that allows for up to 5000-psi differential pressure rating at temperatures up to 300ºF. It is used in conjunction with a Gravel Pack Crossover Tool to create a Thru-Tubing Circulating Gravel Pack System (patent pending).
