TTS Series 5400 Rotary Blasting/Descaling
General
The TTS Series 5400 Rotary Blasting/Descaling Tool is a rotating wash
tool designed to be deployed on Coiled Tubing for Jet Blasting of production
tubing or casing. The tool nozzles are designed to take advantage of maximum
hydraulic horsepower and impact force while washing. The tool also feature
a hydraulic braking system that slows the nozzle spinning to an optimum
speed for blasting the inside tubing/casing walls. Available to accommodate
all common production tubing sizes.
Application
- Removal of scales from tubing ID
- Removal of organic deposits from tubing ID
- Washing of hard sand or fill in tubing and casing
